SUMMIT GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW Contest Name: Summit Giveaway. Sponsor: Searchie Inc., 155 Lynden Rd Unit 5B, Brantford, ON, Canada. Contest Period begins Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST and ends Friday, April 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device for this Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY Open to Ages 18+. Void where prohibited. Not eligible: employees, officers, or directors of Searchie Inc. and their immediate family or household members; anyone involved in the administration or judging of the Contest; or anyone who has won a prize from Searchie Inc. in the preceding 30 days.

3. HOW TO ENTER There are two (2) methods of entry. Limit one (1) entry per person per method, per calendar day.

Method 1 — All Access Pass Holder Entry (Automatic) Current All Access Pass holders automatically receive one (1) entry during the Contest Period. No action required. Pass holders whose membership lapses will stop accruing entries as of the lapse date.

Method 2 — Free Email Entry (No Purchase Required) To enter at no cost, mail to: Searchie Inc. 155 Lynden Rd Unit 5B Brantford ON Canada N3R8A7 - a hand written letter with: Name, email, phone number and subject "Summit Giveaway Entry".

Limit: one (1) email entry per person. Automated, bulk, or third-party submitted entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Searchie Inc. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries. An automated acknowledgment email will confirm receipt; acknowledgment does not guarantee eligibility or validity of entry.

4. ENTRY LIMITS & ODDS Maximum of one (1) entry per person. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No purchase increases your odds of winning.

5. PRIZE One (1) exclusive 2-Hour Virtual Mastermind Session with the Searchie Inc. team.
Date & Time: Monday, April 28 | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST (Virtual)

This is a one-time exclusive event offered solely in connection with this Contest and is not available for purchase or transfer. The Searchie Inc. team will follow up with all winners directly to confirm participation and provide all event details. No cash alternative will be offered. Searchie Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the session cannot be held as scheduled. Winners are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet connection to participate. Searchie Inc. is not responsible for any technical difficulties experienced during the event. No cash value, cannot be transferred.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION Winner(s) will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or about April 11, 2026. Winners will be contacted via the email address used to enter. Searchie Inc. will make three (3) contact attempts within five (5) business days of the draw. If a selected winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or fails to respond within five (5) business days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS Searchie Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time if its integrity is compromised. Incomplete, false, or non-compliant entries will be disqualified. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Searchie Inc.'s decisions, which are final. Searchie Inc. is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance of any prize. This Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

8. PRIVACY Personal information collected will be used solely to administer the Contest and notify winners. Searchie Inc. will not sell or share entrant information with third parties except as required by law or to fulfill the prize. By entering, participants consent to this use of their information. 9. PUBLICITY Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to Searchie Inc.'s use of their name, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Searchie Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in this Contest or use of any prize.

11. DISPUTES Any dispute arising from this Contest shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Brantford, Ontario in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada. Participants waive any right to a jury trial or class action in connection with such dispute.
